As the Executive Director of William Way Community Center for over 13 years, Chris has been leading the LGBT Community Center for Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley, serving more than 100,000 people annually. He oversees the strategic planning, fundraising, programming, governance, and operations of the organization, which provides social, educational, health, and cultural services to the LGBTQ+ community and allies.

Lauren has served with Garden State Equality since 2019 as a policy consultant before transitioning to the role of Director of Advocacy and Organizing in 2023. She has served in local and statewide political organizations for over a decade, and her commitment to securing rights and representation for New Jersey's LGBTQ Community has led to notable budgetary and legislative victories, as well as notable increases in representation.

Kirby is the liaison between LGBTQ+ patients and services provided throughout the AtlantiCare system and the broader community. Kirby’s role also interfaces with hospital and clinical leadership to ensure that the full spectrum of patient needs and services are addressed and delivered seamlessly.
